So I just relieved my four-pack sample set, and I’m trying the apple cinnamon for dinner and it’s an excellent-tasting meal replacement bar. It’s 5:30 in the evening. Trying to be healthier trying to lose weight and just had both knees replaced in the last 6 months at age 60. I revisited the C1 website today to try to find an answer to one of my questions and found it in the questions asked area. I wanted to know the shelf life and found that information quite easy to find so I’ll know how to order in the future. If the other three taste is good I’ll be buying more in the future. Once I’m up and running and able to work out again here shortly. I’m seeing all the bad reviews not recently of course but I don’t know what people expected, This ain’t prime rib or lobster tails or scallops or leg of lamb. It’s a meal replacement bar and that’s exactly what it is. Great job. C1

Bought both apple cinamom and blueberry ginger and definitely the apple cinnamon will be purchased again. Jury is still out on blueberry ginger. Next purchase will be other flavors as i would like to find two flavors that I really like
