If you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us at info@goconditione.com with your order number and we will work to make things right.
Subscription Cancellation Windows
We offer recurring automatic subscription orders which customers can signup for.
When these subscriptions renew, you will receive a notification a few days in advance of the upcoming charge, providing you ample time to cancel your subscription. You'll also receive a notification at the time the subscription renews.
If you wish to cancel a subscription and you did not login to your account to cancel or notify us prior to us shipping your product, we can not offer a refund on the recurring order. Subscriptions are non-contractual and can be cancelled anytime so you are responsible for keeping your active subscription up-to-date.
If the order is placed and you contact us ASAP before the order is fulfilled then we will do our best to cancel and refund the order. Our response time is typically 1-2 business days.
Returns
We typically don't require you to send back your products. If there is an issue with your product we will either send out replacement product or refund your order.
