JUST ADD HOT WATER!

While Condition Bars are delicious treats by themselves, sometimes we like to mix up our routine. Watch as our founder Matt Demaio makes a quick and simple C1 oatmeal with just two ingredients.

Matt is in the beautiful Lake of the Clouds, NH as he demonstrates how to make this high-protein treat as a way to stay warm and energized in the great outdoors, but you can make this creamy and nutritious oatmeal anywhere. All you need is a cup of boiling water and a C1 bar. Break the bar into pieces, and stir it into the boiling water until mixed. Remove from heat and enjoy!

Do you like to get creative with your C1 bars? Keep an eye out on our Instagram for a future Condition One recipe contest.
